Goods damaged in transit
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your goods are packaged correctly for posting, in the unlikely event of packages arriving which have been damaged in transit, a complaint must be lodged with the courier at the time of delivery, or in extreme cases, the parcel should be refused, due to condition. Please, also, contact us within 1 working day on 01572 756468.

All cut fabric is non-returnable. This does not affect your consumer rights if the goods are faulty.
Faulty goods must be reported to us within two working days of receipt of item/s. We will reimburse reasonable postage rates.
All other returns must be received by us within 14 working days are subject to your own postage costs.

Delayed Mail
Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 – 3 working days. We will have proof of all posting.
In the case of delayed delivery, Royal Mail require a 15 day period before they will accept a claim for non-delivery.

We have produced the images on our site to the very best colour match possible, however, colours may still vary according to the device on which they are viewed.

Class/Workshop Cancelation
The decision as to whether any class/workshop would run will be made so that 7 days notice of cancellation will be given.
