Standard Service

We aim to deliver your goods in 2 -4 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders received after 9am on Friday will be despatched on Monday.

Priority Service

We aim to despatch the same working day (Monday – Friday) for orders received before 9am and next working day for orders received after 9am.Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class.

Special Delivery

We aim to despatch the same working day (Monday – Friday) for orders received before 9am and the next working day for orders received after 9am. Your goods will be despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees delivery before 1pm nextworking day.

Returns

Cut fabrics are non-returnable.

If products are damaged or faulty you will need to notify us by calling 01572 756468 within 2 days of receipt of goods. We will reimburse postage, please see our full terms and conditions.
